There are three options for:
GRATTAN ST, CARDIGAN ST AND DRUMMOND ST.

* 22 + week contract
The rate is $330.00 per week ($1430.00 per month)

* 44 + week contract
The rate is $310.00 per week ($1345.00 per month).

* 52 week contract
The rate is $280.00 per week ($1215.00 per month)

Terms and Conditions

Rates include all electricity, gas and water usage. This means that you will not need to budget for very much more than this amount as most of your expenditures are included!

You will be responsible for your your own phone connection, phone bills and laundry costs. No meals are provided. your rent is collected each month. Alternatively you may pay 22 weeks in advance at the beginning of the semester and receive a 3% discount.

The minimum period of lease during the school year is one semester (22 weeks). Shorter contracts are offered over summer (November to February) or after school semesters have commenced, depending on room availability. the contract used is the Residential Tenancy Agreement and the terms of the lease are in accordance with the Residential Tenancies Act 1997. This is standard practice in Victoria.

Rooms:
Each room contains a single bed, wardrobe, drawers, desk, chair and book shelves. They are fully carpeted and bathed in natural light. Each room has at least one large window which can open.

To ensure privacy, each resident is responsible for maintaining his/her room clean and tidy at all times. Smoking is not permitted in the entire building and each room is fitted with a smoke detector and sprinkler system to ensure your safety. Resident require their own bed linen (pillow, sheet and blankets).

Repairs and Maintenance:
All damages or maintenance issues can be reported in a book and are promptly attended to. Wear and tear items are repaired at no charge.

Internet:
Internet access is available via WiFi and is FREE of charge.
