| Your security and safety is of prime
importance. We have implemented certain measures to
maximise this. The front door is the only door of entry
and it is a self-closing and self-locking door that
ensures that it never remains unlocked. This also
means that you must take care not to lock yourself out.
If you do, chances are that there will be someone in the
building and you can contact them via the intercom at the
front door. If this fails you can contact CSA management.
A security camera monitors the front entrance and an
intercom allows you to screen your visitors. For your
safety, we ask that only the resident, who knows the
visitor, allow the person into the building. CSA is
located in a very safe and busy area and we do not
anticipate any problems but it is also comforting to know
that there are security measures in place. The building has been constructed according to all the fire rules and regulations. In addition to this the building has been fitted with smoke detectors and a sprinkler system. In the event of a fire, the sprinkler system will be automatically triggered and the fire brigade notified. There is also fire fighting equipment located throughout the building. We ask you to familiarise yourself with their location and use. In the event of such an emergency, please vacate the building immediately. Emergency numbers are located in your room, behind the door. 92 Grattan Street, Carlton, Victoria, Australia |
