RATES FOR 2010 22 + WEEK CONTRACT · The rate is $230.00 per week ($1000.00 per month) 44 + WEEK CONTRACT · The rate is $220.00 per week ($955.00 per month) 52 WEEK CONTRACT · The rate is $210.00 per week ($910.00 per month)
The rates include all
electricity, water and internet usage. This means that you will not need to
budget for very much more than this amount as most of your expenditures are
included! Your rent for the month is payable by cheque, cash or direct debit
and is due by the beginning of each month. The minimum period of the lease is
one semester (22 weeks ). A minimum period of stay of 1 month is offered over
the summer months only (November to February). The contract used is the
Residential Tenancy Agreement and the terms of the lease are in accordance
with the Residential Tenancies Act 1997. This is standard practice in |
